This policy applies to ibcare.co.uk and the services provided under the iB Care brand by RAYBIC LIMITED, a company registered in England (Company No. 16461518), whose registered office is 121 Burney Drive, Eagle Farm South, Milton Keynes, England, MK17 7BT ("iB Care", "we", "us", "our").
Quality and safety sit at the heart of iB Care. Every care professional we supply is recruited, vetted and supported to a consistent standard, so the care homes, supported living services and healthcare providers we work with can rely on the people who arrive on shift. This page explains our quality assurance framework.
Before any care professional works through us, we complete a thorough compliance process:
Our care professionals complete and keep up to date the training expected in adult social care, which typically includes:
Training and certificate expiry dates are tracked in our secure staff compliance system so nothing lapses unnoticed.
Many of our clients are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We support their compliance by supplying appropriately checked and trained staff and by keeping our records available for inspection. iB Care provides staffing services; the regulated activity remains the responsibility of the registered provider.
We review our processes regularly, learn from feedback and complaints, and update our standards to reflect best practice and changes in guidance. Our aim is simple: the right person, properly prepared, every time.
If you have feedback on the quality of a placement, or wish to raise a concern, please see our Safeguarding & Complaints page or contact us below.
